ORDERING

Can I change the colour of the frame and /or background?

Yes, simply add this in the additional information boxes when checking out.

To create a more personalised origami artwork, Christmas bauble or greeting card, please see the Custom order page for inspiration then select which products /colour/patterns/quotes you prefer. Add the detail of these selections in the additional information boxes during the checkout process. Can I add an inspirational quote?

An inspirational quote can be added to any Custom Origami Name Frame. Please see the Custom Orders page for inspiration then select which quote you prefer. Add the detail of this selections in the additional information boxes during the checkout process. Can I choose a different inspirational quote?


Yes. A list of possible quotes is provided on the Custom Orders page. If none of these suit, and you have your own choice of quote, please email Tammy to check if your request is possible. Then add the details of your quote selection in the additional information boxes during the checkout process. If you need further information please email me at tlcorigami@gmail.com..

Can I choose what to have on a greeting card?

 Yes. Simply add this in the additional information boxes when checking out.

Can I choose something different to put on a greeting card?  For example, NOT a paper crane, dress or butterfly?

What does it say inside the Greeting Card?

Nothing. TLC Origami Greeting Cards are left blank on the inside so you can add your own, special and heartfelt message.

Do you do Greeting Cards for special occasions/ milestones?

Yes! Check out the Custom Order page for examples of requests people have made for special occasions and birthdays.  Weddings, Engagements, Christenings, Milestone Birthdays, Funerals, etc etc TLC can create an appropriate card for the occasion.

How do I purchase a TLC Origami product for myself?

You can order online at www.origamigifts.com.au and shop by product, design feature, occasion or price.

 

Select the item you would like to purchase then in the additional information boxes include any information needed for any personalised touches you would like to add (for example name, birth date, inspirational quote etc.) and proceed to checkout. How do I purchase a TLC Origami gift for a friend or loved one?

 

TLC Origami can either post a product to you, the purchaser, or direct to a gift recipient.  Please make it clear in the additional information boxes at checkout that the item is intended as a gift and if you would like it gift-wrapped. 

You can order online at www.origamigifts.com.au and shop by product, design feature, occasion or price. Select the item you would like to purchase, include any information needed for any personalised touches you would like to add (for example name, birth date, inspirational quote etc.) and proceed to checkout.

At checkout you will be required to provide a full name and address for yourself (clearly identified as the sender/purchaser) as well as full name and address for the recipient, to ensure safe delivery. If you have any queries about TLC Origami Gifts please email me at tlcorigami@gmail.com.

How can I make payment for a TLC Orgami Gift?

We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through a secure payment gateway (powered by Square) as well as PayPal. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer please email us to arrange payment and delivery. We do not accept cash or cheques.

 

What currency are the gift boxes priced in?

 

Australian dollars. AUD.

DELIVERY

Can I get my product delivered to my home or business address?

How much does delivery cost in Australia?

At this time shipping is limited to greeting card and Christmas bauble products only and is processed by weight.  See the Shipping Page for more details. 

 

If you live in the local Newcastle area, delivery or pick-up may be arranged for larger products.

It is hoped that in the near future, all TLC Origami Gift products will be available for shipping across all states in Australia. 

If you are in desperate need of a larger TLC Origami item to be shipped to you, please contact Tammy directly to see if this can be arranged on a one-off basis.  Additional cost will apply.

 

Do you deliver internationally?

No. Shipping is limited to Australian customers only at this time.

 

Is free pick up available?

Yes. Customers can pick up their purchases from Adamstown Heights, NSW Australia. No costs apply for pick-up.  See the Shipping Page for details.

REFUNDS

TLC Origami Gifts does not provide refunds for change of mind after the item has been dispatched or if the wrong address was provided at checkout. If any product was damaged during transit please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we can arrange a replacement.

Once payment has been received for a custom order, no refunds will be provided for change of mind.   You can contact Tammy to discuss possible alterations during the production process, but she cannot guarantee that that these or any other changes are possible as the creation of the piece may already have been completed.
